We collect information you give us directly — your email address when you subscribe to the HOA.com Homeowner Report newsletter, your name and message when you use the contact form, and business details if you submit a listing through our directory or request to be featured. We also collect standard technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, through Google Tag Manager and associated analytics tools.
How we use it
We use this information to send the newsletter you signed up for, respond to messages, list and manage directory entries, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and detect and prevent abuse. We don't sell your personal information.
Newsletter
The HOA.com Homeowner Report is sent through beehiiv, a third-party email platform. When you subscribe, your email address is stored and processed by beehiiv on our behalf, subject to their own privacy and security practices. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technology (via Google Tag Manager) to understand site traffic and usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as well without them.
Sharing
