Wolf Ranch is a master-planned community in Colorado Springs, Colorado, located in the heart of the city’s Northeast side. The neighborhood is bordered by Constitution Avenue to the north, Powers Boulevard to the east, Vickers Drive to the south, and Research Parkway to the west.

The community was founded in 2005 and has grown steadily since. It is now home to over 5,000 families, making it one of the largest communities in the city.
