So I recently used 24/7 SERVICE PROS for their mold remediation service. And over the past 7 years or so since we started to acquire rental homes. We've used them on many other occasions. I'm always pleased with the quality of their work as well as their prices. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they removed mold from my home, this time round, and the other times they did mold remediation in my rental properties. And one time there was a bathroom flood that went into the floorboards that needed to be restored at one of my properties. They did an impressive job there also. Their customer service is excellent. Dealing with them is a breeze. After each mold removal job was completed, the air quality in the buildings was significantly improved. You can smell that they got rid of it. I wish I never have to use them again for our properties, but this is our area and living here means mold from time to time from the weather we get right. I highly recommend them!

We were impacted by hurricane IAN. Total loss we were told by the flood insurance guy that there was 7 foot of water that settled at around 5 foot ruins everything! I googled to see who I could get in this business was on Google. hearing about scams and such I put the owner through several questions. I have to say he’s probably the most honest & wonderful person that we ever hired! He texted me a picture of a gift from my husband several years back that I thought we lost for sure. He saved it for us. Super honest and accountable, everything he said he would do he did!
During our meeting at the property it took over an hour and a half to go 8 miles because of all the traffic and the lineman re-hanging electric power. I really didn’t expect that he would arrive but thankfully kept texting me how far off he was I appreciated that so much. He knew I was fronting the money As the insurance process of getting an advance so we can start the process was ridiculously slow. So he allowed me to pay in partial payments during the week. His crew was so polite and hard-working.

Pavel was incredible! He is a part owner of the company and went above and beyond my expectations. I had three other big name companies come out to quote me for this service. 24/7 Service Pros and Pavel was the only one who actually checked for moisture to pinpoint where to remediate. Because he corrected the problem and not the entire room, his price was considerably lower compared with the other companies. He cleaned up after each day. He arrived when he said he would each day. He explained everything he was doing and how it worked. On time, professional, thorough, safe, considerate of my pets, and friendly, Pavel and 24/7 Service Pros made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend them.

They are real professionals ad dealt with every aspect so well. From dealing with the water damage by extracting the water and then drying our our kitchen. We were actually in the middle of a renovation project at one of our homes when a pipe was hit that caused this issue so insurance declined our claim as they stated it was not covered and in their defense we had some cheapish home insurance. Lesson learnt and we have upgrade the plan now. So we had to pay them direct. And they stayed within the budget the told us upfront. There was no extra surprises that they tried to sell us on. The quote was the quote. The team was awesome and full of knowledge. Very appreciated for such a nice service.

I called 24/7 service pros to inspect an area in my condo where I thought I had a mold issue. Pavel showed up to my condo within 1 hour of my telephone call. He introduced himself and got right to work. He carefully inspected the area in question. He gently pulled the baseboards from the wall to check behind them for any mold. Fortunately, there was no issue. He put my mind to rest and reassured me that there was no issue with mold. He did provide me with additional information and a contact number for air testing if I needed it. My building Maintenance department confirmed that there was no need for further testing.
