I was referred to RoofsOnly through my neighbor who spoke highly of Jake's excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. I had a great experience working with Jake from the initial consultation and bidding process through the completion of the roof and gutter installation. Jake is extremely prompt in responding to emails and texts (which is tough to find in this industry!) and provides his installation services at a fair price. I also appreciated that he recorded a Loom video to walk through my insurance claim / scope of work to ensure that I understood which insurance payments would be applied to each part of his roof estimate. He also works directly with your insurance adjuster to process supplemental claims, if needed, to lessen the work for the homeowner. I'm very pleased with the outcome of this project and highly recommend RoofsOnly for your next roof installation!

Jake and his crew did a tremendous job on a very complex project. A large sycamore hit our roof back in May. Jake not only took on the project but sent guys to tarp the roof when the previous company did a poor job of doing so. He also got us in touch with a public adjuster that helped to get the insurance company to cover the actual costs of all the repairs, inside and out. Then when we thought he couldn't impress us any more, his crew got the entire project done in just 3 days: repaired framing, removed and replaced the entire deck and installed shingles and gutters. They also ended up having to tear out the fireplace and chimney due to the structural damage. The crew worked hard and fast, but with great quality and workmanship. If you need anything done with your roof you CANNOT go wrong giving Jake a call!

Jake was very professional and responsive to us. The price was exactly as he said it would be. Jake was there at the beginning of the project and was the last to leave when it was completed. He made sure that my wife and I were very pleased with the service.

At one point a water line, that was improperly installed by the home builder, was punctured. Jake and his crew let us know then reacted immediately to repair the damage.

We love the new roof and get a lot of compliments on it from our neighbors. I highly recommend Roofs Only and will use them again.

A great big thanks to Jake the adjuster that came to my house. He is very knowledgeable and cares about the customer concerns. He walked me through this process from beginning to the end. Amazing Jake your my hero. Then he sends his awesome crew. He said I’d have a roof by the end of the day and I did. His crew came in and worked like a well oiled machine. None stop and very professional. They did a tear down and replace my roof. They even came around and made sure no leftover debris was left behind. Thanks again team you guys ROCK!!!!

Jake was very professional and responsive to our needs. He was very informative on what he was going to do. He informed us about options and put us at ease on what was going to happen.
