Amanda Duffendack, Real Estate Advisor
I grew up in Colorado after moving around a bit as a child. (My dad was Navy). While growing up I was exposed to the real estate world through my mom’s work and always enjoyed it. After high school I earned a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Psychology and Sociology from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
I spent most of my professional career in operations management working for several big companies. Not only did I have a career but my husband and I saw the value in real estate as a means for investment diversification. One of the ways we invested was by successfully flipping properties and holding multiple rentals.
I have enjoyed my time in the real estate industry so much so that in 2016 I made the decision to work with buyers and sellers helping them to achieve their real estate goals. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or an experienced investors I will be your best resource and advocate.
As your best advocate and resource, you can hire me with confidence knowing that I will advocate selflessly for you to ensure your real estate goals are achieved. I am dedicated to being highly educated in my field and have earned several designations and certifications as part of my continuing education GRI, AHWD, SRES, SFR. My education along with my vast network and experience affords me a unique perspective and skill set that my clients find incredibly valuable.
