Beth Stone

Beth Stone was born in Grand Island, NE and raised in Kansas, before she moved to Colorado at 14. She grew up in Aurora and now lives in Littleton. Before her start in Real Estate, Beth was in the restaurant business for about 10 years – serving anywhere from family bars to fine dining.

Beth’s clients not only benefit from her great communication skills + sense of motivation, but also her positive outlook + attitude. No task is ever too large for Beth, and she loves a good challenge! Beth specializes in first-time home buyers, relocation and investment properties, with experience in all areas of real estate. Having managed her own fix + flips since 2008, Beth is knowledgeable in the process and has great resources to get the job done right.

Beth spends some of her free time doing volunteer work inside of prisons with CrossFit and entrepreneurship programs, bringing community to those affected by incarceration. When Beth isn’t serving her community or helping folks make their real estate dreams come true, you’ll find her working out at the CrossFit gym, hiking with her two doodles, or hanging at home with her three cats.
