Hi, I’m Jill Lawrence and it’s so nice to meet you! I love real estate, matcha lattes, and turning clients into friends. Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated with houses. I especially love the older homes that Vermont offers and learning the history of each property. After my own bad experience as a first time homebuyer, I decided that it was time to get my real estate license to help buyers and sellers avoid overwhelm and stress!

I want your experience working with me to be organized, educational, and stress-free. I have several resources to walk you through the process and I am always happy to answer questions you have along the way. I love popping open a bottle of sparkling cider to celebrate closing day with my clients on a
home that I know they will love!

When I’m not finding the right home for my clients or negotiating contracts, I spend my time renovating my own home in Springfield with my fiancé, Brandon; taking my black labs, Mila and Wolfgang, on adventures; and exploring the many small businesses in Windsor County.
