This role is similar to leading a BNI or LeTip chapter where you create a connected and committed community of business owners and professionals who are building referral partnerships and growing their businesses together.
HOA.com will provide powerful marketing and promotion services to each member while you help facilitate true connection and collaboration in your local community.
The good news is that you’ll be supported by our HOA.com call center team who will help fill your events with profitable prospects for you to nurture and enroll.
Inviting home service pros to attend your HOA.com Alliance Meetings.
Leading regular Alliance Meetings and Networking Mixers.
Training Raving Referrals using weekly agendas & training guides.

Success with your Alliance starts with nominating top pros in your market to become HOA.com Certified Pros.
Once they accept your nomination and are approved as a Certified, Expert or Premier Pro, you will earn 20% recurring commissions each and every month they are a member. Plus, you’ll receive 10% leadership overrides as they nominate and introduce others in our referral network.
You’ll also have an opportunity to earn additional commissions by introducing members to training and coaching services offered through our sister companies Raving Referrals and The Champions Institute. Better yet, you’ll receive commissions on these services even when our internal team enrolls Pros you’ve referred into these complementary services.
