He also holds a Commercial Credit Certification focused in Commercial Banking from the University of Houston-Downtown as well. Born and raised in Houston, he has spent 22 years in the banking and finance field learning all facets of the lending world and officially transitioning to full time mortgage loan officer in August of 2016. Having spent all his life in the Houston area, Art is passionate about his community and providing homebuyers with top of the line service and expertise.
